This is SpaceMakers version of … Twas The Night Before Christmas
Twas the night before christmas, when all through the house
not a creature was stirring, for sure not a mouse
SpaceMakers were busy remodeling a home
in hopes they’d finish, as they polished the chrome
The clients were nestled all snug in their beds
while visions of their new home, danced in their heads
Chris with a hammer and Tony filling gaps
finishing the project moving fast as a snap
the designer had been there and she left her mark
a sparkling kitchen that used to be stark
the colorful backsplash that made the room shine
along with a countertop that looked so sublime
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter
Edward sprang from the install to see what’s a matter
away to the window he flew like a flash
nicely opened the shutters and lifted the sash
the moon was now shining on new fallen snow
the home was lit up with a beautiful glow
when what to his wondering eyes did appear
but Rick in a big truck delivering gear
excited they rushed out to gather the goods
finish the install as good workers should
and faster than you can say lickety split
they finished the job with the microwave kit
the clients woke up to a beautiful house
the children were happy and still there’s no mouse
everyone celebrated with smiles all around
their home was now the best house in town!
