What’s special about home remodeling? Why is it so popular?
Well I can only speak from what I hear from our customers!
What they are saying is they are thinking of moving to a bigger home. One with more room but still in their neighborhood because they love their kids playmates and the schools. So often they complain about how they have searched for a new home to buy, only to find out when they finally find one it costs so much and still needs to be remodeled anyway!
So, they turn to us or a remodeling agency instead and decide to add on or tear down walls for more room and open space to accommodate their growing families!!!
I totally understand why the trend is so high. I also love the excitement I see on people’s faces when they finally make the leap and spend the money to do something they always wanted but never thought they would!!!!
